Since our clan has had problems regarding our reputation, i thought of a way to fix that.

Here is my solution:

The Argus Squad

A group of the four most honorable and friendly members of oversight. They symbolize the perfect opposition and clan member. They are paragons to the whole clan. They will boost the prestige of the clan because they are a group that will never ever rage or offend someone.

Being a member of Argus squad is only temporary. It s an honor to get a spot but others should have a chance to represent our clan too. There wil be a rotation of members, except if there is no one honorable enough( hopefully this doesnt happen).

Thanks for reading

Now it would go for symbolizing the perfect clan member and the firendliest, but i don't really believe in anyone symbolizing the perfect opposition. There will be ragers on the enemy side, people who don't like our playstyle whatever our playstyle is. In the end, the only sure way for some randoms not to rage against the opposition is for this opposition to play bad and let them win, which is of course not what we're aiming for.

Which is why instead I suggest that the Argus squad should always make their best to provide a good mission to the enemy, even if it means not playing perfectly. It comes in the few following bullet points:
-Adapt your loadout to your opposition (use varied non-OP guns at first, only switch to weaponry that is on par with whatever your enemy is using) make sure that they UNDERSTAND you're trying to give them a fair game (it is not always the case)
-Be comprehensive of the enemy's situation, don't abuse defense spots and always leave a bit of room for them in the end to complete the point. Be friendly to them even if they don't give it back. Be fair against silvers even if they use OP guns to compensate their lack of skill.
-if it's possible for you, have the matches end on an Overtime or by a 1 point difference (this is probably the epitome of a fair game) even if you have to hold back against them.

Well now i dont really know what kind of reputaition you guys as aiming for but if you want to be verry popular, you need the be the best make that means you need to make ppl think your are even hacking. Cus hate is what will make you a known player... and that is simply how it is.

...
First of all that doesnt work.... i tried it.

If you go easy on silvers they never learn to fight, would leave them helpless and unprepared for futher battles be honorable ?

Also it would be good if they rage at argus squad tests the squads resolve and proves that they dont rage back.

And this is probably the most important part members of argus squad are allowed to do whatever they want bound by nothing but a honor code, how they prove their honor is up to every individual.

YOUR SUGGESTIONS ARE DENIED
(just kidding XD)

The rules and behavior of argus squad can be decided by a vote, just like the members of this squad.
(democracy rules !)

Okay let's try to get this voted then

Also the point is not to go easy on silvers, it's to give them the impression they're being pushed to their limits (a.k.a they only finish objectives at the last second, and they lose by only one point)

If you go honorable on silvers, they won't be prepared for any of the much more present unhonorable battles anyway
